WFS #19: Tradition

There is a Native North American proverb: Treat the earth well for it was not given to you by your parents; it was loaned to you by your children. As we struggle to claim our throbbing home in this world, to establish our own traditions, we can sometimes forget: We can forget that once we shared the space that lies between us. Here is Sophie’s light-hearted look at a very deep-rooted and heart-felt dilemma: the dilemma of disconnection and otherness, fueled not by greed, oil nor by natural gas, but by fear.
